Missing a single filing deadline — which happens easily without knowledge of the process — can result in the permanent forfeiture of these funds to the government. I am investing a portion of money I did not previously know existed in exchange for expert handling, guaranteed deadline compliance, and professional court representation — so that the full eligible amount is recovered correctly and on time.

Fee Agreement — Contingency Basis

Upon successful recovery of surplus funds, proceeds shall be distributed as follows:

This fee is contingency-based — you owe nothing unless funds are successfully recovered. I confirm I was informed of this fee structure prior to signing and agree to these terms.

This Power of Attorney is granted exclusively for researching surplus funds, filing paperwork, appearing in court, and coordinating disbursement of recovered funds. It does not authorize any real estate transaction, financial decision, or action beyond this specific recovery. This Power of Attorney becomes void upon completion or termination of the recovery transaction.
